Q. I have entered the details of my site, but it isn't live yet, why?
A. The site runs a regular indexing web 'spider' to keep all the links
and the search engine up to date. This is currently being run every
3 weeks. Please bear in mind that your site won't be made live until
the site is approved and the indexing spider is run.
Q. My website is in the site but I don't have a password?
A. As we have added a lot of sites to the database without an editor,
we can set up the password if you contact us here with the query -
Lost password. We will setup the login details and email them back
to you. Please note that for security reasons the password will only
be sent to the site owner, (on a whois search to find the domain name
owner) or an email at the domain name.
Q. My website is relevant to more than one of the londinium.com sections. What can I do?
A. At present it is necessary to add an entry for each section/sub-section
in which you want the site to feature in. This is limited to a maximum
of 3 sections for each url. We will be looking at ways to allow sites
to feature in multiple sections/subsections in future versions of
londinium.com.
Q. My company has no web site but I would still like to promote it through Londinium.com what do I do?
A. We are currently looking into ways to add businesses without websites
and other general information to our database. For updates on future
versions of Londinium.com join our
mailing
list.
