Wellies Tea Rooms is a beautiful barn convesion in the rural West Sussex countryside, 
a friendly informal tea room where you can catch up with friends or family. Wellies has an extensive menu of freshly made dishes, 
suitable for all tastes and appetites! We are just five minutes from Chichester, close to 
Goodwood and Kingley Vale Nature Reserve, and have a
