Better Maindy Centre is located on the door step of the city centre with excellent transports links whether you are travelling by car, public transport or bicycle. Once inside you will be greeted with the view of our swimming pool which is perfect for lane swimming and also hosts learn to swim lessons, junior lifesaving classes and adult aqua classes. We have a 65 station gym which is sure to provide you with all the equipment necessary for a full workout. If you like to mix up your training, our large sprung floor fitness class studio offers a range of classes each day complimented by a dedicated group cycling studio and boxing room. We are also the city's only outdoor cycling velodrome where we host a range of adult and junior cycling clubs together with offering coached learn to ride sessions and a thriving junior triathlon programme.
