Richard Doyle & Sons Butchers is a locally owned and family run butcher that has been in business in Wexford Town for the past twenty six years. Sourcing its meat from local producers in County Wexford and having one of the only two domestic abattoirs in the county, we pride ourselves on the traceability of the beef and lamb we slaughter, which can be traced from the counter back to the field it was raised in. We consider ourselves to be a “field to fork” butchers.
