Columba 1400 is dedicated to helping young people discover their full potential. We do this by delivering values-based leadership academies for young people and the key adults in their lives, focusing on our six core values. This enables them to discover their own values and how these can help them realise their true potential in life, work and community.

Our founder Norman Drummond was inspired by the life and message of St Columba – someone who wasn’t afraid to transform his life, make a new start and release his inner greatness for the good of others. Why 1400? St Columba died on Iona on 9 June 597
