The Good Yard crams so much into its space. Great coffee, a range of well made simple breakfasts and lunches, and superb shakes and juices, available both in Leadenhall Market and Liverpool Street. These guys are into healthy, quality ingredients and skilful cookery but they don’t present themselves in a pretentious, serious manner – rather everything is delightfully friendly, humourous and enjoyable. It’s certainly the place for banter, and for hospitality. The coffee is consistently known as the best coffee in London. Some of the shakes are highly recommended – we enjoyed a Choca Khan and look forward to trying a Van Kalen. The Good Yard is well worth a visit.
