Mr Grundy's Brewery will be a 3 1/2 - 4 brewer's barrel micro brewery with a capacity of slightly over 110 gallons/14 firkins (9 gallon casks) for each gyle (brew). We will be supplying Mr Grundy's tavern at the Georgian House Hotel and also it's sister hotel, Bank House Hotel in Uttoxeter.
