This includes a 120-station Gym, two fitness studios (one of which is a Virtual Studio), and a functional training space, a four court sports hall and changing rooms and showers for gym users.In addition the centre has a 25m, 6 lane swimming pool, a 12m teaching pool, a leisure pool with flume and play features, a sauna and a large pool changing village with individual and group changing cubicles, as well as separate male and female changing areas.In our Leisure Park area, you will be able to enjoy a trampoline park, 8 ten pin bowling alleys and a soft play facility as well as a diner serving hot and cold food and drinks.The centre has a successful swimming programme with lessons available for all abilities.
