The earthwork remains of one of the largest Roman amphitheatres in Britain, built in the early 2nd century to serve the important city of Corinium, now Cirencester.
Before You Go Access: There is a small flight of steps at the site entrance. Parts of the site are uneven and not suitable for wheelchairs. Opening times: Open daily all year round during day light hours. Parking: Free parking is available in the car
