The Locks Inn is a family-friendly, remote riverside pub at the limit of the navigation on the River Waveney with good (but not fancy) food, quality ales from local breweries and a wide range of musical events. In 2020, the community pulled together, purchased the pub and set it up as a Community Benefit Society.

The Locks Inn is a remote riverside pub at the limit of the navigation on the River Waveney on the Norfolk/Suffolk border. It is also accessibly via a long track from Station Road in Geldeston. In 2020 it was put up for sale by auction at very short notice
